For Bita, movement is life. A dancer since the age of six and a teacher since sixteen, she believes our bodies are made to move—and nothing brings that to life like music and dance. She brings decades of rhythm, energy, and experience to every class. Her dynamic style is a high-energy fusion of dance aerobics, jazz, hip hop, Zumba, belly dance, and Latin moves—all set to an eclectic mix of global beats that instantly lift your mood and get your body moving. As a NASM certified personal trainer, Bita combines her deep passion for dance with a strong foundation in fitness, making her classes both fun and effective by offering workouts that not only sculpt and tone but also uplift the spirit and encourage body confidence. Whether you're new to dance or a lifelong mover, Bita invites you to let loose, sweat, smile, and celebrate your body through the power of music and movement. Outside the studio, she’s a wellness-loving mom of two who finds joy in cooking nutritious, delicious meals and creating a vibrant, healthy lifestyle for her family.
